WHAT WE DO
Through leadership, team and personal development, PTC uses a broad lens to view your company’s unique situation and offer human-centered approaches for achieving your mission.
We are hard-wired for human connection, our health and wellbeing depend on the quality of our relationships. They are our most valuable assets and can often also be our biggest challenges. At PTC, we center building & sustaining high quality connections and relationships.
They are simply that important.
Learning is one of life’s sweetest and most gratifying nectars and it’s accessible to us everyday. Whether done solo or co-created with others, our sense of vitality and wellbeing depend on it. At PTC, we value learning through being, doing, reflecting, thinking, feeling and communicating.
You will not get a "Do this. Don't do that" approach to learning from us.
Communication is the vehicle through which we build those needed connections & relationships. Deceivingly simple, communication in fact includes many parts: speaking, listening, signing, gesturing, facial expressions, writing, reading and other non-verbals, along with the less visible but hugely significant cultural nature of communication.
At PTC, we value communication as both a practice and force for healing communities and relationships.
Our brains make sense of the world through story. At PTC, we value continually questioning, disrupting, integrating, noticing and changing those stories. At work, narrative helps us cultivate compassion for ourselves and others, understanding that we all do what we can, until we know otherwise. What’s the story you tell yourself?
How is it serving you?
In a busy, busy world, we at PTC rise to reclaim TIME… time to center ourselves, reflect, practice, let things breathe, be.
Change, despite what we may want, takes TIME.
Intention is how we converge our thoughts, feelings and efforts in the best possible way. Intention allows us to decide how we want our lives to be, while not guaranteeing outcomes. Without intention, however, we bob through life reacting to whatever’s happening around us.
“Setting intentions is a power move.”

She is a champion napper who drives her people crazy by moving furniture around on a regular basis. She and her two college-aged kiddos spend an inordinate amount of time gawking at their two Covid kitties, Ash and Selah.
